Accuracy reports are the most useful category of feedback this site gets — if a density figure, substitution ratio, or storage duration doesn't match your own experience or a source you trust, include the specific ingredient, the figure you saw, and (if you have one) the source you're comparing it against. Food-safety-related reports (safe cooking temperatures, storage durations) are prioritized first.
