Kitchen Conversion Pack

$9.99

One-time purchase. Delivered by email, typically within one business day.

The Kitchen Conversion Pack is a printable 9-page PDF. Its core is the master conversion table — all 177 of PantryMetric's sourced grams-per-cup figures, grouped across 5 categories (baking, dairy & eggs, produce, pantry staples, herbs & spices) over 5 pages — with one addition that only matters at the counter: every common cup fraction is already worked out for you.

On the site you read that flour is 120 g a cup and do the arithmetic yourself. In the pack, each ingredient has a row giving 1 cup · 3/4 · 2/3 · 1/2 · 1/3 · 1/4 · 1 tbsp · 1 tsp in grams, so three-quarters of a cup of flour is a number you read rather than compute — with floury hands, and a phone you would rather not unlock.

What's in it

  • The master conversion table177 ingredients across 5 pages, each with eight precomputed amounts in grams.
  • Fixed kitchen equivalences — cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, millilitres and fluid ounces, plus the US-versus-metric cup difference that quietly ruins imported recipes.
  • Oven temperatures11 rows of Fahrenheit, Celsius and gas mark side by side, with the fan-oven column already adjusted.
  • Pan capacities10 standard tins with the footprint and the batter each actually holds, so you can see at a glance whether a recipe fits.
  • Fresh-to-dried herb ratios13 herbs, with which ones survive drying and which do not.
  • Method and caveats — where the figures came from, and the two measuring mistakes that beat any conversion table.

Price: $9.99, one-time purchase. Delivery: the PDF is emailed to you, typically within one business day of purchase — fulfilment is manual, done by a person, not instant.

What it is not

It is not access to better data. Every figure in the pack is the same sourced density used by the free ingredient converter and the free per-ingredient reference pages, and nothing on the site is being held back to make the pack worth buying. What you are paying for is the arithmetic done in advance and the whole table on paper. If that isn't worth $9.99 to you, use the site — it stays free either way, and that is not a promotion.

Format and printing: the pages are sized 595.28 × 792 points, which is the overlap of A4 and US Letter — so it prints at 100% on either without cropping or manual rescaling. The text is vector, so it stays sharp at any print size, and nothing in it depends on colour to be readable in black and white.

Refunds: if the pack isn't what this page describes, say so on the contact page and it will be corrected or refunded — no argument.
